SCREEN PRINTING

Screen Printing is a method of printing using thicker inks & stencil. Ink is forced into the openings of a mesh stencil screen with a squeegee placing the ink on top of your garment. One color is printed at a time, so several screens must be created to produce an image or design with more than one color.

A: We have a minimum of 24 pieces

A: A screen is what is needed to be able to press ink to your garment. Each color requires a screen

A: Each screen has a price of $35 dollars for a standard print size of 13” by 16” or smaller.

A: The amount of screen depends on the number of colors in your design and if there is a need for “under base color”. An under base is a layer of white ink that is printed on the garment before adding the color layers, to allow for better image resolution and color vibrancy. Under base is needed when the garment is a dark color.

A: For a standard size screen the max size printing is 13” by 16”. Oversize printing is also available, and the max print size is of 16” by 22”.

A: Artwork print must stay the same size on all shirts for quantity pricing. Resized artwork is considered separate order.

A: No, we keep your screen on file for one whole year. Our re-print fee is of $10 per screen.

A: Pantone matching is not exact, within 90% acceptable. No guarantee on exact match or re-order jobs.

Yes, but there is a minimum of 12 shirts per color

A: Yes, please be advised all garments will be checked before approval. All goods must be in house 2 business days prior to set production date to avoid any printing delays.

A: Once payment is submitted and the order is ready to be printed, the production standard time is 7 to 10 business days. Please make a note that a large quantity of the garment may take longer.

A: Yes, our rush fee is as follows:

• 25% mark up for 4 day delivery
• 50% mark up for 3 day delivery
• 100% mark up for next day delivery
